Out of curiosity, I found your lovely website. We have had two French Bulldogs whose affix was QUATT, They came from the late Ann Cotteril who lived at Sutton Maddock and I often wondered how they got their name. I am pleased I visited your website. We live in Bakewell, Derbyshire but hope to visit Dudmaston later this year. Now I've seen Quatt, I think we should visit your lovely village too. Best wishes, Sue Mounsey.

I was born at No 32 Quatt on 26th January 1947 at the house of my Aunt and Uncle, Win and Len Draper. Later they moved to the White House and ran Quatt Garage for many years. I spent most summers and Christmasses down there with Aunty Win, Uncle Len and cousins Michael, Susan and Richard (Richard was, sadly, killed in a road accident in 1965. I alwys think of Quatt as my spiritual home even though I have lived near Manchester for most of my life. Best wishes to everyone there.

Definitely one of the most beautiful and interesting gardens in Quatt - someone's got very green fingers!
